DANIEL FLASHMAN
Daniel Flashman, Creative Director at Tangerine, brings a sharp, global outlook to design. Tangerine is a multi award winning international consultancy with studios in London and Seoul, recognised with the Queen’s Award for International Trade and led by a chairman who holds fellowships at the Royal Society of Art and the Chartered Society of Designers. Their worldwide experience with major brands has shaped a reputation for creating game changing design solutions.
Yangdup Lama
Yangdup Lama, one of India’s foremost mixologists, was recently inducted as a Keeper of the Quaich. An entrepreneur and published author of Cocktails & Dreams, he co-owns the award winning bars Sidecar and Cocktails & Dreams Speakeasy. He is also the founder of Cocktails & Dreams Bar School, established in 2003 to provide holistic training for aspiring bar professionals along with bar and beverage consultancy services.
SNIGDHA MANCHANDA
Snigdha Manchanda, India’s first certified Tea Sommelier and the founder of Tea Trunk, is known for shaping a modern view of tea. She approaches it as a lifestyle experience rather than a commodity, bringing a contemporary lens to one of the world’s oldest rituals.
VINAYAK SINGH
Vinayak Singh brings sixteen years of experience in investment management and capital markets across France, India and Singapore. His expertise in whisky and spirits comes from visiting more than fifty distilleries in Scotland and exploring notable whisky bars worldwide. In 2019, he co-founded The Dram Club with Swati Sharma to make whisky culture more engaging and democratic in India.
JOONIE TAN
Joonie Tan, Pastry Artist at Lavonne Café in Bangalore and Chef Instructor at the Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts, has created more than 15,000 cakes. Her professional training includes work with celebrated industry names such as Chef Kong Yik Hong, Margaret Carter, Kaysie Lackey, Sheryl Bito and Kelvin Chua.
SONAL HOLLAND
Sonal Holland, the first Indian to earn the Master of Wine title, brings her expertise to roles as consultant, retailer, broadcaster and founder of the India Wine Awards. She is also certified in Saké and Shochu by the Japan Saké and Shochu Makers Association. Her trailblazing work and influential contributions to India’s wine industry continue to receive wide recognition.

Nikhil Agarwal, a celebrated whisky sommelier and the Founder and CEO of All Things Nice, is known for shaping standout experiences in the wines and spirits space. With more than seventeen years in the field, he has sampled over a hundred whisky brands and a thousand complementary flavours.
VIKAS UPPAL
Vikas Uppal, better known as @theoldfashionedmonk, is a cocktail connoisseur devoted to lifting spirits. An expert mixologist, he’s made it his mission to craft top shelf cocktails that slip down easy and send the energy soaring. He believes the right palette and tools crafted for precision are all you need to design your own mixology playground.
RADHIKA BATRA SHAH
Radhika Batra Shah, a lauded tea sommelier and the Founder of Radhika’s Fine Teas & Whatnots, has spent years travelling the world in search of the finest teas and tisanes. Guided by a deep love for the craft, she transforms those discoveries into imaginative brews infused with her signature expertise.
RIZWAN AMLANI
Rizwan Amlani, CEO and Founder of Dope Coffee Roasters, brings his passion for great coffee to the art of thoughtful brew ware. His approach leans toward futuristic design that puts inspiration right at the centre of the table, setting the scene for exceptional coffee crafted with expertise.
